Refund policy

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Please visit https://fila.returnsportal.online/ to start your returns process. You will need your order number and the email you placed your order with.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at support@fila.co.uk rather than using the portal above, and send your item to:

Please repack your item(s) in its original packaging, affix a label to your parcel, ensuring it covers/hides your name/address in case you are using the original shipment box to return the parcel. This is a recommended step to prevent the parcel from being returned back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

UK

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear/knickers.

IRELAND

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to customers in Ireland. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your product for a full refund.
We cannot exchange products for Irish customers at this current time. You will need to place a new order for your alternative size or style.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.


Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fila.co.uk.

What do I do if I recieved the wrong item, or a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect item or you believe that an item is faulty, please email support@fila.co.uk. To ensure that we can deal with your concern as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include your name, order number and photos of the item.

What do I do if I purchased it from a FILA UK retailer and wish to return/exchange the item?

If you purchased your item from a FILA UK retailer, either in store or via any website other than www.fila.co.uk, then the retailer’s own returns policy and warranty offer applies. Therefore, you must return the item to the retailer. 

Unfortunately, FILA UK are unable to offer a refund or exchange of the item was not purchased directly from www.fila.co.uk. Please note we are not able to offer exchanges to our Ireland customers
