Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All available delivery options, estimated delivery timeframes and final costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.
Please note: for EU deliveries, there is a spend cap of £130 (€150) per order on our online store. If your basket is a higher value, please place multiple orders.
Please ensure you check out in euros when ordering from a European country.

United Kingdom: Free standard delivery on orders over £50.
Ireland: Standard EU Shipping is charged at £10 per order, up to a maximum basket value of £130 (€150).
Important Information
- Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing
- During festive and promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days
- Deliveries are not made on UK bank holidays
- We do not currently deliver to BFPO addresses
- Channel Islands are not currently available for delivery
FILA UK aims to dispatch orders in time for delivery within the timeframes shown above unless clearly communicated otherwise. Unfortunately, delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including extreme weather or carrier disruption, may affect delivery times.
On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of particularly high demand. Where possible, this will be communicated on site and at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries outside of these regions at this time, including the Channel Islands.
Carrier Information
UK orders are delivered via DPD or Evri, depending on the delivery method selected. Ireland orders are delivered via DHL.
These are tracked delivery services and may require a signature on receipt.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived, please first check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and offshore islands may take approximately 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
