*Please note that we do not ship to customers outside of the UK and Eire and only refund items purchased from this website



All FILA orders are shipped using DPD's delivery services. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to completion of delivery. Shipping costs are applied to each item purchased and will be calculated and displayed on your order according to the relevant destination of your order. We can not cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. Please note - only delivers to the locations listed on the website. we will not ship to any additional destinations.

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 1 - 3 working days, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. All items must be signed for. Please ensure that you or someone known by you is available to sign for the parcel. Should there be no one available to sign for your parcel, DPD will leave a card to arrange for re-delivery or collection from their depot or, if arrangements have been made, leave the items with the neighbours. After two unsuccessful deliveries, your item(s) will be returned to Fila and an additional delivery charge will be charged to have the item re-delivered.

If you miiss your delivery or do not recieve your delivery then you must contact DPD customer services (0121 275 0500) to make a claim. will only look into your dispute once a claim has been filed with DPD and you have passed onto our support team a valid claim number..

Please note - We do not deliver on Bank Holidays and Weekends. Please make sure you check our website for information on customer services opening times, web order processing and delivery dates before you place an order. can not accept responsibility for customers who expect but don't receive their orders during these times.

UK Delivery

MAINLAND UK We aim to deliver all orders to mainland UK addresses within 1 - 3 working days.
NORTHERN IRELAND and SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS We aim to deliver all orders to the Scottish Highlands within 1 - 5 working days.
CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, SCILLY ISLES & ISLE OF MAN We aim to deliver all orders to the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man within 3 - 5 working days.

Christmas & New Year

To ensure your Christmas delivery, all orders must be placed before 20th/21st December. Any orders placed after this date will not be delivered until after the New year. All orders placed after 20th/21st December, will not be delivered until week commencing 7th January 2019.

Shortages and Non Delivery

All missing items and non deliveries need to be reported to us within 7 working days of placing your order.


We understand that people do change their mind. If you receive your item and you feel that you'd like to get a refund for it, just pop it back to us in the post telling us on the return note 

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • The cost of the return is at the customer's expense.
  • Items must be received in original condition. (unworn, unsoiled and unwashed.)
  • All product tags HAVE to be attached, and returned in the original packaging.
  • If returning footwear, backpacks or bags, the outer packaging layer is part of the product. Therefore, any damage may result in the return being refused!

*All items must be returned within 20 days of receiving them. Please email us with a valid reason at if you wish to extend this period, we may be able to accommodate you.

How Refunds Are Calculated

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the items and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

  • You can return any item by notifying us within 20 days of receipt for a refund. Just note down the details of your replacement on the returns form that came with your order or you can download above.
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our return warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • We will not refund the cost of delivery charge and we highly advise you to use a tracked return delivery service. will not be responsible if returned items do not come back to us.
  • We are not responsible for any items that get lost in the post.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage which is normally free of charge from the post office and a copy of any tracking details please send to our dispatch team so we can monitor your return.


Unfortunately, we no longer currently offer an exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place another order and then just return the original item. This is to ensure the item you would like is in stock, as availability can change very quickly!
